Biography Born in 1984 I was born in a small town called Stoughton in Massachusetts.
First really got into Industrial, EBM, and Goth around Tenth Grade I think, a friend of my girlfriend at the time talked to me online and recommended a bunch of industrial bands (the only industrial I knew at the time was KMFDM) he told me of bands like: Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, Front Line Assembly, and a few others. From there it kinda spread, and it became all I listened to.. Getting Into the Club Scene: Moving on to more relevant things, when I was 16 I went to a party and met some DJs from a local club night called Venus Room, don't think they knew I was 16, but they offered to Starting DJing: Beginning of August 2002 I decided I wanted to try and DJ. After a day of "training" my first gig was August 6th. After that disaster of a first gig (due to using a cd changer and discman and lack of a club), I decided to continue doing this. September of 2002, I turn 18, so the guys at Venus Room let me DJ, I do a Hocico CD Release party for "Signos De Abberacion", goes well, I go back the next night and do another slot, from there, I kept learning and growing my skills at spinning, with help from many DJs, mainly, DJ Falstaff, DJ Dino, and DJ Ruiner. Without them I probably wouldnt be DJing today. Thus going to the next part... DJing often: After awhile at Venus Room, Joseph who runs www.abusementparkent.com, started to co-run the nights, soon Venus Room lost its Venue, and we moved. The Saint was our new home for a couple of months, where I was pretty much resident DJ (thanks to Joseph). While DJing there, I got offered other guest sets and have since done a few guest sets at Club O'zone in Miami. Right before I moved back north, we switched venues yet again to Club Freez, where I residented until I moved, I also residented at Joseph's old Thursday night Fetish Party, Recess. Different Scenery: After a big move from Ft. Lauderdale, to the Boston area (where I lived for two years), I tried to DJ as much as I could, building my way back up the "ladder" as I Fast Forward: |
